to get a INTERCOOLER KIT on my s13 nissan silvia will it need to be turbo?
thanks im restoring one roght now lol it relly fun its not turbo yet but i wanna do the outside frist …but cant i put one in a non turbo
You can put an intercooler in a non turbo… Completely useless. But you can do it.
An intercooler is designed to cool the air going into an engine because when air is compressed in a turbocharger it becomes incredibly hot. Without the turbo, your not doing anything constructive for the car.
